Nieuwe inschrijvingen/new registrations:

De praktijk  is momenteel open voor nieuwe inschrijvingen. Dit geldt echter alleen voor nieuwe  patiënten die binnen ons postcodegebied wonen. Dit is het gebied begrensd door de Sloterplas, Cornelis Lelylaan, Rembrandtpark en Jan Evertsenstraat Neemt u zonodig contact op met de assistente  ( 020 6155926 ) als u zich wilt inschrijven. Die kan dan bepalen of inschrijven mogelijk is.

The practice is currently open for new registrations. However, this only applies to new patients living within our postal code area. This is the area bounded by  de Sloterplas, Cornelis Lelylaan, Rembrandtpark en Jan Evertsenstraat. In doubt please contact the assistants,  020 6155926. They can then determine if registration is possible.
