De praktijk  is momenteel open voor nieuwe inschrijvingen. Dit geldt echter alleen voor nieuwe  patiënten die binnen ons postcodegebied wonen. Neemt u contact op met de assistente als u zich wilt inschrijven. Die kan dan bepalen of inschrijven mogelijk is.

The practice is currently open for new registrations. However, this only applies to new patients living within our postal code area. Please contact the assistant if you wish to register. They can then determine if registration is possible.
